Located in the heart of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, our artisanal operation combines our own Calvados production (distillation) with the ageing of brandies.

Did you know?

1 ton of apples is the equivalent of 100 bottles (70cl) of Calvados 40% ABV<.

It takes 18 kg of apples to make 13 litres of cider at 5% ABV, or one litre of Calvados at 70°
